All Distt. Secretaries are requested to collect @Rs. 100/- each member for the 3rd All India Conference at Kolkata, along with Rs. 100/-Legal Fund and deposite the funds to Circle Cashier Sh. Baljinder Singh SDE Ludhiana. Delegates are to be Elected ONE Delegates per 30 paid members. So deposite the circle as well as CHQ subscription to the circle cashier and elect delegats accordingly.
