All Distt. Secretaries are requested to deposit the CHQ & Circle subscription up to Oct.2010 either directly to the CHQ Fin. Sec. or through Sh Baljinder Singh Janda Cir. Fin. Sec. as in the ALL INDIA CONFERENCE only paid membership of the Punjab Circle will be counted .
Next as per ALL INDIA CONFERENCE notification Elect the delegates to attend the said Conference.
