CWC at Kolkatta is going to be held wef 30.12.2010 to 01.01.2011 , as per notification . All distt. secretaries are requested to intimate the circle secy. regarding delegates going to attend , from their SSA , till 16.12.2010. If no information is received then it will be persumed that no delagate is going to attend the All India Coference from their SSA.
