AIBSNLEA Punjab Circle Conference is expected in the 1st/2nd weak of Nov.2011 at Hoshiarpur.All distt secretaries are requested to conduct their Distt Conferences before that and to clear thier circle and All India subscriptions by the end of Oct 2011.
