LOCAL OFFICIATING JTO to SDE
To day at 04.00 PM Circle Secretary and President Circle Branch , Sh. Om Parkash , met the CGMT Punjab Circle and discussed the issue to increase the No of JTOs for the SDE officiating. After discussion GM Admn. has been agreed to raise the present strength of called candidates by 20 nos.

Subject: Local officiating from JTO to SDE.
Sir,
With due regards it is requested that for the local officiating from JTO to SDE in Punjab Circle, in the month of January 2012 is under process. Last time in the month of July 2011 the recommendations were called nearly for 125 JTOs. Out of these 125 candidates 8-9 were dropped in the DPC and nearly 16 candidates not joined as SDE in their station of posting. From July 2011 to Dec. 2011 nearly 20 regular SDEs are retired.
So in other words it is very clear that there is nearly 45-50 SDE are less promoted and working as per the orders released of July 2011.
It is observed that nearly 85-90 vacancies are unfilled for the SDEs . So it is requested that all unfilled vacancies be filled through local officiating as all candidates who are being considered for the local officiating, are getting the SDE pay scale, so there will be no financial implication.
Next if , some other hurdle is there then please try to maintain the working strength of SDE at par with the last local officiating orders, means nearly next 40 JTOs be included in the present list.

AIBSNLEA's Punjab Circle Conference has been fixed on 17.12.2011 at Hoshiarpur . All Distt. Secretaries are advised to clear their Circle as well as All india Subscription before the conference . Their membership will be counted as per their paid up Subscription .

LUDHIANA SSA DISTRICT CONFERENCE
Ludhiana SSA has conducted their 3rd District Conference at Ludhiana. S/Sh. JIT SINGH D E, BALJINDER SINGH S D E & MANMOHAN SINGH J T O are elected Distt. President , Secretary & Finance Secretary Respectively. The meeting was conducted in a very co-ordeal and peace full manner.
Circle President Sh. Sat Narain CAO presided over the function and delivered his impressive views in the trade unionism and explained all day to day all india news. Circle Secy has also spoken on the occassion.
Actually it was double function. Ludhiana comrades have bidden fare well to their Outgoing President Sh. Nirmal Singh and Secretary Sh. M S Dhaliwal . Both dynamic personalities were assets to the Association. They also honored the Circle Secretary who also falls in the same stream of above dignitaries.
I congratulate all the office bearers of Ludhiana SSA and wish them all success and wish AIBSNLEA will achieve all goals and Executive body will improve their membership also.
