VISHIST SANCHAR SEVA PADAK CAT 2 (EXE.)

DELEGATES FOR 3rd ALL INDIA CONFERENCE

All Distt. Secretaries are requested to collect @Rs. 100/- each member for the 3rd All India Conference at Kolkata, along with Rs. 100/-Legal Fund and deposite the funds to Circle Cashier Sh. Baljinder Singh SDE Ludhiana. Delegates are to be Elected ONE Delegates per 30 paid members. So deposite the circle as well as CHQ subscription to the circle cashier and elect delegats accordingly.

SSA Elections

All the Distt. Secretries are requested to conduct the ELECTIONS of their SSA before 30 Nov. 2010 if that is due or over due. It is also requested to elect their DELAGATES to represent the SSA in the 3rd ALL INDIA CONFERENCE at KOLKATA as per notification. Circle Pres. ,Circle Sec. and Circle Fin. Sec. must be informed for the Election of SSA.

CHQ & CIRCLE Subscription

All Distt. Secretaries are requested to deposit the CHQ & Circle subscription up to Oct.2010 either directly to the CHQ Fin. Sec. or through Sh Baljinder Singh Janda Cir. Fin. Sec. as in the ALL INDIA CONFERENCE only paid membership of the Punjab Circle will be counted .
Next as per ALL INDIA CONFERENCE notification Elect the delegates to attend the said Conference.

HOSHIARPUR SSA ELECTION

General body meeting of the Hoshiarpur SSA was held today in the very co-ordial and peaceful manner at Hoshiarpur . Sh Sat Narain Ji Circle Pre. and Sh. Baldev singh Ji Cir. Org. Secy. attended the meeting. The G B has elected its office bearers unanimously for next term. Sh. HARISH CHANDER JI Pres. Sh. BALBIR SINGH JI Secretary and Sh. ARVIND KUMAR JI Finance Secy. are elected unopposed, I congratulate the newly elected office bearers and wish them A great Success in their coming Tenure .
